Send an email with your estoppel form attached to elizgray@comcast.net. There is a $100 estoppel fee which is due before release of the completed form. Please note Watermill HOA, Inc. includes Watermill Sections 1, 2, 6, 7, 8 & West.
If you are inquiring about properties in Watermill Section 3, 4 or 5, please contact Watermill Cove HOA, as those properties are not a part of Watermill HOA, Inc.
